review: "They opened up with the unmistakeable strains of Thieves Like Us which reminded me of how great a tune that was. It was a fine version as were all the early numbers (although one which I can't quite recall sounded like a speeded up version) but I could see from the band that they were having a bit of difficulty with the sound. Obviously perfectionists or close to as all the people I spoke to were blown away with it all. The first set ended with my favourite tune of New Order's; Bizarre Love Triangle and then Transmission from Joy Division which the crowd treated as a huge bonus. The second set seemed to find the band a bit happier with the sound and the crowd, having dipped their toe in during Transmission began to take to the floor in increasing number. Regret was a big favourite and it was either during Cermony or Blue Monday that I noticed two lads who apparently follow Re:Order everywhere. They were doing this dance which basically consisted of marching on the spot with arms going like walkers competing in the Olympics. It was silly and it was genius and has been added to the dance repartee of my fleet of foot friends. Temptation was the last New Order song and crowd pleasingly the lads again finished up with some Joy Division and Love Will Tear Us Apart. All in all a top gig and I enjoyed it more than New Order because the real Bernard Sumner is so slappably arrogant. You have to hand it to them though, Re:Order's excellent show reminded me what a great band they are. I asked if I could do the John Barnes rap on World in Motion next time they play, but I have a feeling the answer is no..."
