notes: great gig, great audience. noisier for us than for the smyths who followed. a couple of dodgy decisions at the back but more than made up for with some attacking flair in the shape of confusion and the new boy in midfield, shadowplay. we dug deep into the repetoire of 'things that can go wrong' with another melodica falling apart and a bass that made no sound on the only song it was meant to be played on. final result was still a convincing away victory and 3 points in the bag as we take some time off until dingwalls....
