notes: our first brighton trip and we were lucky enough to have it coincide with a gloriously warm october day and a decent 5-1 result in a world cup qualifier... but still no time for 'world in motion'. the online ranks and loose friends and relations took the opportunity to make a weekend of it and we offered them back our first 'classic manchester' headline and a few requests. which meant debuts for 'krafty' and 'touched by the hand of god' - a cunning but oblique reference to both football and beaches.
